A visit to Las Vegas may surprize you if you have not been here in a few years. As you fly over the valley and get ready to land at the newly remodeled McCarran International Airport you not only see the new resorts that have sprung up with new exciting venues and shows but another aspect of this neon entertainment city.

Highrise development has arrived in big force and is creating a new city around the themes of the newly remodeled and rebulit strip properties. This is creating space for new residents who want to live around the exciting activity of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding areas like the southern part of the strip and downtown Las Vegas.

The core of the new properties are located in the zip code 89109 which normally did not have many residents accept apartments where resort and casino employee's lived and is now fast becoming parking lots for the growth created by the redesign of many of the hotel and resorts on the strip.

Of course there were other highrise apartments and condo's already built and occupied but now you will find a new Eastern-Manhattan City look that will be fully operational by 2110 when the City Center is completed in the central part of the strip and where many

of the resorts have what anyone would want

to do as to the lifestyle of this entertainment

city events and social life.
